His love of exquisite architecture and strict attention to detail fuel his dedication to superior craftsmanship and he brings an enthusiastic and collaborative attitude to every project. Raised in Southern Oregon, Rich believes that trust and integrity are essential in building solid foundations. A self-motivated, independent thinker Rich tackles challenges with curiosity and innovation. In addition to taking great pride in his work, Rich is especially grateful for his three children; Zack, Natasha, and Tayler.
